We are pleased to announce the establishment of a new overseas subsidiary "CBC Primero Mexico S.A. DE C.V." in Mexico,

Until now Mexico branch, as a part of CBC AMERICAS Corp., has mainly been focused on security camera business and has been developing automobile-related business.

However, due to the fast accumulation and accelerated growth of automobile industry in Mexico,

and by utilizing network that CBC has cultivated and developed so far,

we have expanded it into a local company to strengthen the chemical-related business.
