We are pleased to announce the establishment of a new overseas subsidiary "Procos USA Inc." in USA,
CBC Group determined to spin-off PROCOS USA from CBC AMERICA LLC and to establish "PROCOS USA Inc.".
Our targets are to pursue further growth in US Pharmaceutical market, and also to utilize manufacturing plant of PROCOS S.p.A. (Italy)
in both generic API and custom manufacturing field.
