Announce of acquisition of Bioplanet S.p.A., Italy

CBC Group has acquired Bioplanet, an Italian company, effective July 21, 2023.
Bioplanet, founded in 1985, is a biopesticide manufacturer that breeds and produces beneficial insects that serve as natural enemies of pests in order to reduce pests without using pesticides. With this acquisition, the CBC Group will further strengthen its bio-pesticide business in Europe.
