With their own microreactor and reaction design, Nano particles of extremely sharp particle size distribution can be produced on commercial basis. Such activities as collaborative research and contract manufacturing of rare metals (Pt, Pd, and Au), ceramics (tin oxide and hydroxyapatite), tungsten and etc. are in progress.

Top-down typed Nano Particle Dispersion

For the production of Nano particles, such method as growing particle from molecular level or top-down method to break up existing particles are available. The CBC group conducts test production, mass production, and sales of Nano particles from dozens to hundreds nm in dispersion, through the production of single Nano particles by the former method with microreactor, and the production of top-down typed Nano dispersion by the latter method.

Carbon Nanotube is gaining attention as a new material in terms of such excellent properties as high aspect ratio, electrical conductivity, mechanical strength, and thermal conductivity. The CBC Group is focusing on handling its compound and powders based on CNT dispersion technology. Especially for CNT dispersions, we have integrated structure from the production and sales of trial products as well as mass production (MWCNT).

We deal with graphenes and Carbon Nano fibers of one of Carbon Nano materials as an official agent of Spanish company Grupo Antolin. Grupo Antolin has developed a revolutionary process to produce graphene dispersion through synthesized Carbon Nano fiber and various applications such as carbon fiber reinforced plastics (strength), solar cell capacitors, and transparent electrode can be expected.
